Guerrilla governance

Our the participatory journey started in 2022, with the impetus of opening up the foundation – until then into our overall strategy, decision-making and day-to-day organising. When we embarked on this journey, we call it a trial frist: not because we thought that we would go back to the vertical model we operated with before, but because we wouldn’t know what the transition would entail and where it would lead us. Many years after, we realised that the experiment was not necessarily bound to an expiration date, but rather an ever evolving pursuit of applying our ideas around power, decentralisation, lived experience and self-organisation to the core of our work.
